PROCEDURE OF RETURNS
Products purchased in the HERBE DESIGN store can be returned without giving any reason within 14 days from the moment of receiving the parcel (not applicable to products made on an individual order).
For this purpose, the new goods should be returned without visible signs of use, keeping the seal placed on the product, to the address indicated below:

To make a return, you need to download and fill in the return form and attach it together with the receipt to the package being shipped back.
When the procedure is successfully completed, the refund is made within 14 days to the account provided by the Customer.
